ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT

By booking, clients acknowledge:

1. Hunting involves serious risks.

2. Participation is voluntary.

3. Success is not guaranteed.

4. Local outfitters operate independently.

5. Huntourage is released from liability except where prohibited by law.

MEDIA, PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING RELEASE

Clients grant Huntourage worldwide, perpetual rights to use photos, video, and recorded content captured during expeditions for marketing and editorial use. Clients who do not wish to appear must notify Huntourage in writing prior to the trip.
